Frequently asked questions

1

Is Ad spend included?

No. Your ad budget goes directly to Meta and stays yours. We'll tell you what to spend and where, but we never handle your money. [Recommend a realistic starting budget here

~R2500-R3000/month

2

What if it doesn't work?

If you're not happy with what you receive in the first 30 days, you get every rand back. No forms, no "let's try one more month." You'll have had the audit, the backend work and a full month of calls by then, so you'll know.

3

How much of my time does this take?

One 30-45 minute call a week, plus homework between calls, which is realistically two to four hours a week total. The shoot day is one four-hour block, once. If you can't find four hours a week, this isn't the right season for it and I'd rather tell you that now.

4

What if I miss a week?

Kids get sick. We reschedule within the same week where we can, and if we can't, the work carries over. What doesn't work is missing three weeks in a row at that point we're paying for a calendar invite, not progress.

5

What actually happens on the weekly call?

We look at what moved since last week, what didn't, and what you're doing before the next one. Every call ends with you knowing the next three things. No lectures, no modules to watch.

6

Is this coaching, or do you do the work?

Both, in that order. The site fixes, the funnels, the email sequences, the content, we build those. The strategy and the decisions, we make together, so that when the four months end you can run it yourself. You're not buying a course.

7

What happens after the four months?

You've got a backend that converts, a month of content in the bank, templates to keep making more, and data telling you what to spend on next. Some founders take that and run it themselves. If you'd rather keep me on, we'll talk about a retainer then, not now.

8

I'm not in Johannesburg.

The art of video calling makes it easy to keep up anywhere in the world. For the content creation part, we will arrange logistics in the most economical way possible.
